EXHIBITOR SHALL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES TO PROPERTY OWNED BY HOST HOTEL, ITS OWNERS OR MANAGERS WHICH RESULTS FROM ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF THE EXHIBITOR.
