TFEA/Kaliff Best In Texas Awards Competition

Join us at the TFEA/Kaliff Best in Texas Marketing Awards Presentation on Monday, November 10, during the Annual Convention to see this year's winners!

The TFEA/Kaliff Best In Texas Marketing Awards program recognizes and encourages excellence in festival promotional campaigns. Great marketing and promotion are critical to the success of any festival or event, and the TFEA/Kaliff Best in Texas Marketing Awards give you an opportunity to show your colleagues across the state how you meet that challenge!

Finalists and awards will be presented during our annual TFEA Conference and Trade Show on November 9-12, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Austin.

The TFEA/Kaliff Best In Texas Marketing Awards program mirrors the International Festivals and Events Association (IFEA) Pinnacle Award Competition. As an official affiliate of the IFEA / TFEA, all TFEA members are eligible to participate in both the TFEA and IFEA awards programs.

• Change QTY to "1" next to the category you wish to enter, then select ENTER NOW where you will be taken to the Online Entry Form.
• Complete all necessary fields on the entry form then add a LINK to your entry ON the form. (If opting to save ALL your entries to a USB drive to mail to the TFEA office, online entry form is still required for each entry).
• Select SUBMIT on form. Your entry will go to the TFEA Shopping Cart.
• If you have additional entries to enter*, select "Continue Shopping" in the cart and repeat the entry submitting process for each entry. Each entry will be added to your Cart. (*See Important Note to the right for multiple entries of the same category.)
• When you have completed a separate entry form for ALL your entries, please go to the Shopping Cart and select CHECK OUT to complete final payment. (If you prefer to submit/pay for your entries in smaller quantities, vs. all at once, that is permitted.)
• Make sure the file name for your Best in Texas entry is clearly named with the following information:
  2025TFEA | Best in Texas Category Number (C#) | Best in Texas Budget Number (B#) | Organization Name | Event Name
  For Example: 2025TFEA-C60-B1-ABCOrganization-DEFFestival (.pdf | .jpg | .png etc.)

Items entered must have been issued/used between August 1, 2024 and August 31, 2025.

Your entries will be officially submitted and received, once you have checked out and payment has been received. You will receive an emailed receipt immediately upon submission.

PLEASE PROOF

Please proof each ENTRY FORM carefully. How you enter your Organization / Event name will be how it will be listed on any Award that may be received.

MULTIPLE ENTRIES OF THE SAME CATEGORY

If you plan to enter MULTIPLE ENTRIES of the SAME CATEGORY, you must Check Out and Pay for the 1st entry of that category, before the 2nd entry of the same category can be entered. Failing to do so, will cause the 2nd entry of the same category, to over-ride the 1st entry.

• Final Deadline: 10:00pm CST, Wednesday, September 17, 2025 - $40/ regular entry & $75/Best in Texas Overall entry
